Whipped cream.

Whipped cream is delicious. Hardly anyone will disagree with you on this point. Now, you have two choices on which kind you can get. The one from the supermarket, or the one you make! I have nothing against the one that can be found at the supermarket, but making your own at home can be a load of fun! It surely does come in handy to be able to make your own when you run out of the one you bought at the supermarket. And you can make it in 10 minutes and save the party!

Not to forget that you can put whipped cream on pretty much anything. Try putting some on madeleines, it's so good!

French recipe.

Ingredients:
50 centiliter of heavy whipping cream.
    30 grams of sugar.

Preparation:
1. Have the heavy whipping cream chilled for at least 2 hours before preparation. Pour into a large bowl.
2. Add the sugar as you are mixing.
3. Whisk until the mixture becomes firm.

Note: This can only be conserved for a couple hours in the refrigerator. If you wish to make it lighter, you can add one egg white. But, if that is your choice, it has to be consumed immediately.

Don't forget to enjoy it!
